The Frameworks
The Sterling Method™
A holistic, research-backed framework that helps students choose the right postsecondary path and build durable skills.
The Sterling Standards™
Eight essential durable skills that schools rarely measure but employers and colleges watch closely.
The Sterling Standards™ Matrix
A diagnostic tool to assess where students are strong and where they need growth across all eight skills.
These frameworks provide a common language for students, families, and institutions. They are proprietary to Sterling Solutions Group LLC and used under agreement in institutional partnerships.
