Cohort Programs
Collective, Foundation, Accelerator
- •Full refund available if requested before Session 2 of the cohort.
- •After Session 2, no cash refunds will be issued.
- •A pro-rated credit will be provided toward any future cohort or Sterling Solutions offering.
- •Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Private Services
Snapshot, Roadmap, Partnership
Sterling Pathways™ Snapshot ($297)
No refunds. This is a one-time assessment and debrief engagement.
Sterling Pathways™ Roadmap ($2,500)
- • Full refund if requested before Session 1.
- • 50% refund if requested after Session 1 but before Session 2.
- • No refund after Session 2.
Sterling Pathways™ Partnership ($5,000)
- • Full refund if requested within 7 days of enrollment AND before Session 1.
- • 50% refund if requested before Session 3.
- • No refund after Session 3.
Payment plan enrollees: Remaining payments are canceled upon approved refund. Payments already processed are refunded per the above terms.
Digital Products
Planner PDF, downloadable resources
All digital product sales are final. No refunds on digital downloads.
Physical Products
Printed Planners
- •Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- •Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- •Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
