Built for Community Learning

Families who refer one additional family that enrolls in the same cohort receive a private 30-minute "Sterling Standards™ Deep Dive" session with C3 for their child.

How Cohorts Work

Sterling Standards™ Intensives require a minimum of 4 enrolled families to launch. If the minimum is not met by the enrollment deadline, families may transfer their enrollment to the next scheduled cohort or apply their payment in full toward a Sterling Pathways advising package.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the Foundation different from the Collective?

The Collective is a 3-week introduction to the Sterling Standards™ framework with group teaching. The Foundation is a 5-week intensive with deeper assessment analysis, a written results summary, accountability partnerships, and weekly implementation support.

How is the Accelerator different from the Foundation?

The Accelerator includes EVERYTHING in the Foundation PLUS two private 60-minute coaching sessions and a customized college/career roadmap template. The private sessions allow us to address your teen's specific situation in ways that group sessions cannot.

Does my teen attend the sessions?

The cohorts are designed for parents. You'll learn the framework and strategies to implement with your teen at home. Your teen does not need to be present during group sessions.

What is the Sterling Standards™ Assessment?

It's a comprehensive diagnostic tool that evaluates your teen across 8 critical durable skill areas — including decision-making, communication, time management, financial awareness, and more.

What if I have more than one teen?

We offer sibling discounts because we believe every child in the family deserves access. Your second child enrolls at 25% off, and your third child or more enrolls at 50% off.

Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?

Absolutely. Many families start with the Collective and graduate to the Foundation or Accelerator for deeper support. Alumni receive priority enrollment and exclusive upgrade pricing.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund if requested before Session 2. After Session 2, no refunds are issued, but we will provide a pro-rated credit toward a future cohort.
