- Full aptitude and personality assessments — going beyond our standard diagnostic to include career interest inventories, learning style analysis, and strength profiling
- Curated college and/or career matching — personalized recommendations based on your teen's unique profile, not generic lists
- 1:1 coaching across all 8 Sterling Standards™ — your teen receives direct, personal skill development coaching (not just parent guidance)
- Six (6) private 60-minute coaching sessions (biweekly over 90 days) — alternating between parent strategy sessions and teen coaching sessions
- Unlimited email and messaging support for the full 90-day engagement
- A finalized postsecondary roadmap — a comprehensive, written strategic plan covering the next 12-24 months
- College application review and strategy (if applicable)
- Financial aid and scholarship guidance
- The complete Sterling Standards™ toolkit: Assessment, Action Planner, templates, and the 60-Day Planner
